Cinnamon rolls with glaze
A box with all the dry ingredients for real cinnamon rolls from scratch. Not an instant mix: proper baking, just simpler.
You only add
- 250 ml of milk or water
- 140 g of butter or margarine

How it works
Pick up a box
The kits are sold in every Hagkaup store.
Bake together
Add the milk and butter, mix the dough, roll it out and shape the rolls. Full instructions are on the box.
Enjoy them straight from the oven
The glaze goes on straight after baking, and they are best eaten while still warm.
Once baked, the rolls keep best in a well-sealed container.

Wheat flour (finely milled wheat flour, malted wheat flour, flour treatment agent (E300)), icing sugar, sugar, brown sugar (sugar, cane sugar syrup), cinnamon, dried yeast (dried compressed yeast, emulsifier (E491)), vanilla sugar (icing sugar, potato starch, vanilla flavouring), salt.

Our story
A family company that started in the kitchen
Bökum saman is a family company founded to create more family moments in the kitchen. The idea came about before Christmas 2019, when our family was baking cookies together.
My boys are always just as excited to bake from scratch, to crack the eggs and take turns adding the ingredients to the mixer.
The Bökum saman range makes baking simpler for individuals and families without taking away the experience of combining ingredients in the right order, or the magic of watching them turn into something delicious. The box holds every ingredient needed to bake from scratch. By including only the right amount of each one we want to reduce food waste and make baking more environmentally friendly.
